Returns and Complaints

Returns
 When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have
 a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the time
 you have received an item that you have ordered. If the return is
 sent in after 14 days, an extra fee of SEK 250 will be charged. 

 You as a customer are responsible for the shipping and you must
 always send an Email before you return the products! Also note that 
you as a customer have the financial responsibility for the return coming to us. 

In order for the right of withdrawal to be applied, the following applies:
 
The product may only be tested for control of its fit, properties and functions.
  In the event of signs of use, the return is not fully approved and a reduction
   in the value of the goods will be applied.
 The product must not have been damaged in any way 
  (therefore remember to pack your return properly so that it can handle the carrier's).
 All original markings must remain on the product and the original packaging must be returned            in unchanged condition (eg shoe box).
 The barcode that is on the item or the item's packaging must remain on return. 
The right of withdrawal does not apply to underwear, swimwear, socks,
  make-up, perfumes, bathroom / cosmetics, sealed goods and CDs.
 You may not tape, paste patches or the like directly on the product's original packaging.
 That the return is sent within the deadline of 14 days right of withdrawal.
 If the returned item does not meet the above requirements,
   we will charge you SEK 250 for shipping, extra handling costs and apply
 a depreciation of the return that is not in original condition. 
It can take up to 14 working days from the time the return has arrived
 before a return is handled, but of course we do everything we can
 to handle the return faster.
 Once the return has been handled, we will send out an email confirming this.
Returns for specially designed products
 As each arrangement is individually adapted to the customer's wishes,
 returns are not accepted if there are no reasons for a complaint.
 This could, for example, be a damaged product or that you have 
received the wrong product sent to you. 

Returns within the EU: 
If you live in the EU, you can choose which carrier you want and pay for
 the transport yourself, unless otherwise agreed. 

Returns outside the EU 
If you live outside the EU and want to return goods, you must
 pay the customs duties on our delivery, as the goods are delivered
 DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). When returning, you must fill in an
 export form, here you write in the country of manufacture,
 the price of the product and the delivery condition DDU. 
You may pay the shipping back to us, unless otherwise agreed,
 but not for customs clearance in Sweden. 

In invoking the right of withdrawal 
Here's how to return an item or order to us: 
Enter the reason for your return on the return information that
 came with the package. Cut along the dotted line and place the
 information together with the product (in original packaging) in a durable packaging.
 NOTE! The barcode must remain on the product packaging
 in order to be handled correctly. 
1: Tape the return shipping note to the outside of the packaging
 (not directly on the original packaging).
2: Submit the return to a representative and we will take care of
 it as soon as we can when it has returned to us.
 3: does not redeem packages against cash on delivery or registered letters.
 Unfortunately, we also do not have the opportunity to pick up packages
 that have been sent to an agent, e.g. Schenker Privpak or DHL Servicepoint.
 Haga of Sweden does not redeem packages for cash on delivery or registered letters.

 Schenker Privpak or DHL Servicepoint. Refunds for returns are made in
 connection with us handling the return after it has returned to us.

 Shred your order
 If you want to make changes to your order and / or delete the order,
 please contact our customer service. Mark the subject line of the email
 with your order number and clearly describe which change you wish to make.
 NOTE! Please note that our customer service is not open during public
 holidays and that we do not always have time to make changes before
 the order has been sent or gone too far in the handling.
 You are of course welcome to make a return if your order does not
 have time to be corrected and will then be charged for regular return costs.
UNCOLLECTED SHIPPING
 Uncollected consignment is not considered an exercise of the right of withdrawal.
 Should you not pick up your package within 14 days of the package arriving
at the delivery point, it will be automatically sent back to Haga of Sweden.
 You will then be charged a fee of SEK 250. Payment terms are 14 days net.
 The fee corresponds to our costs for handling fees,
 shipping, return shipping and handling.
 As a customer, you are responsible for ensuring that your information is correct,
 therefore it is very important that you have entered the correct telephone
 number and address information so that the package is not sent back due to this. 

Complaint
 In the event of a damaged product or that you have received a product
 other than the one you ordered, you can contact us for a complaint
. The complaint must have been emailed to us within 48 hours
 after the product has been delivered. The e-mail is sent to
 [email protected] and must contain a complete description
 of the reason for the complaint and the manner
 in which the product is defective, as well as a picture of
 the product / products in the current condition.
 If the complaint is approved, you will either receive a new product sent
 to you free of charge or a full refund with shipping costs included. 

REFUND 
Refunds are normally processed within 14 days and at the latest within
 30 days of the item being received by Haga of Sweden.
 We would also like to draw your attention to the fact that in some case
it may take a banking day from Haga of Sweden making the transfer,
 before the money arrives in your account.
